I have a profound understanding of the requirements of different text types and genres and I know when to translate freely and when to adhere more rigidly to the text. I place great emphasis on creating translations that flow as if they were original/untranslated texts.
I also provide accurate and reliable proofreading services from German into English and for texts translated from any language into English.
Proofread documents can be submitted with accepted track changes or this can be carried out by the client after checking my proposed suggestions. For clients using Trados Studio, this can also be
done directly in Studio and sent back as a return package.
Prices
All translations are charged by source German word whereas proofeading services are charged per hour. My prices vary depending on the difficulty, volume and urgency

Prices vary depending on the nature of the appointment which means the payment procedure is fair and transparent. For purely administrative advice regarding
paperwork, this may not require in-person support as it can often be done via Skype or email.
